Booking Appointments

We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accomodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

If you will be late for your appointment, please do call to let us know. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your services will be modified to accommodate the client after you.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the service(s) booked.  No shows and missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the booked service(s).

Gratuities

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity for each of your Estheticians. Cash gratuities are preferred and can be left either with your Esthetician(s) or at the front desk.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.
